Se aborda un proyecto normativo de carácter legal elaborado para nuestro país referido al ordenamiento de los registros contables y su documentación respaldatoria tendiente a reemplazar y actualizar el régimen dispositivo actualmente vigente incluyendo una breve y debida fundamentación que justifica esa circunstancia.
