The "?Combretaceae"? of Argentina
The Combretaceae family is typically tropical, reaching its greatest development in tropical Africa, where there are many species of the genus Combretum. Outside the tropics, the family is scarcely represented in Argentina, with two Combretum and two Terminalia species living. These four species exist only in the northern provinces of this country, being T. australis Cambess. the southernmost, reaching Buenos Aires. In this work only the species from Argentina are described
