Environmental problem: solid waste. One way of solution
In recent years, public health and the environmental context have deteriorated rapidly, due to factors of anthropic intervention, due to the inefficiency of managers in the management of the remains produced by the city. The objective of this research was to strengthen municipal programs on this service. The research was mixed with a qualitative, evaluative and quantitative approach. The information techniques used in the present investigation were interviews and surveys. Under this perspective and taking into account the local government of Barranca, the modality of management of the public cleaning service is “Direct Municipal Administration”; it means that this entity must repower the administrative and operational part of the service; However, this does not happen, due to the low economic collection due to the “municipal taxes” heading; which has a delinquency of around 85%, Discussion this brings with it an economic deficit and therefore the impossibility of investing in the indicated service; This is an x-ray that is repeated in all local governments of Peru

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el fortalecimiento de los programas municipales sobre este servicio. La investigación fue mixta de enfoque cualitativa, evaluativo y de enfoque cuantitativo. Las técnicas de información utilizadas en la presente investigación fueron entrevistas y encuestas. Bajo esta perspectiva y teniendo en cuenta el gobierno local de Barranca, la modalidad de gestión del servicio de limpieza pública es de “Administración Municipal Directa”; significa que esta entidad debe repotenciar la parte administrativa y operativa del servicio; sin embargo esto no sucede, por la baja recaudación económica por el rubro de “tasas de arbitrios municipales”; que posee una morosidad de alrededor del 85%, Discusión esto trae consigo un déficit económico y por ende la imposibilidad de invertir en el servicio señalado; esto es una radiografía que se repite en todos los gobiernos locales del Perú. Ces dernières années, la santé publique et le contexte environnemental se sont rapidement détériorés, en raison de facteurs d'intervention anthropique, à cause de l'inefficacité des gestionnaires dans la gestion des vestiges produits par la ville. La présente enquête avait pour objectif de renforcer les programmes municipaux sur ce service. La recherche a été menée selon une approche mixte, à la fois qualitative, évaluative et quantitative. Les techniques d'information utilisées dans cette recherche étaient des entretiens et des enquêtes.
