University´s Scientific Disclosure Analysis Through a Prospective Study
The way in which scientific facts are disseminated in the academic field provides an immeasurable development source, characterized by reciprocal, permeable and participatory processes, but immersed in multiple challenges, which is why the campus should foster Facts knowledge and scientific activities to maintain its role. This phenomenon´s nature analysis, its determinant aspects and variables, as well as the multiplicity influence in its dynamics identification, require the use of strategic instruments for its analysis and comprehension. Hence, the present research proposes a set of strategic procedures, through a prospective analysis, conceived as a reference for future lines of action to be taken into consideration by the university authorities for policies and guidelines formulation in academic disclosure. The research is based on a qualitative directionality, using the Matrice d'Impacts Croisés Multiplication technological tool for an integral and exhaustive representation of the system under study. In this sense, we identified thirty-seven variables that influence the strategic processes and it is possible to visualize, thanks to the support of ten key informants that the strategic axes guiding institutional policies are aimed to strengthening: national and international cooperation, the collective vision among Actors, national and international standards, institutional image, strategic alliances, human resource, research center and sources of financing. Keywords: Scientific Dissemination, Prospective, Strategic Planning, MICMAC.
