The Parasitism in primates from the Argentine Center of Primates

?Parasitism in primates from the Argentine Center of Primates?. From 1974 till the beginning of 1977, at CAPRIM (Centro Argentino de Primates) the A. A. have been able to determine the degree of parasitism, based on the ?post-mortem? examinations of 110 diferent species of primates (Alouatta caraya, Cebus apella and Aotus trivirgatus). Deaths were the result of different causes. This parasitism only refers to Helminths and Arthropods. The incidence was 70 (63,6%) positive in all the primates examined. The A. A. made lists ??ad-hoc? for each species of primates, indicating quantities, percentages, parasite discrimination have, etc. A list of Metazoa parasites which have been mentioned for the first time in Argentine primates is added.
