Bird fauna of the La Pampa province, Argentina: list of species (Non Passeriformes)
We present a list of Non Passeriformes species recorded in the province of La Pampa with known locality. Data were obtained from the literature, analysis of museum specimens and field observations. We repor t a total of 152 species, belonging to 32 families. First location records for Crypturellus tataupa, Eudromia elegans patagonica, Theristicus caerulescens, Aramides ypecaha, Calidris pusilla, Tryngites subruficollis and Caprimulgus parvulus are provided. In addition, we report new localities for another 104 species. Most specimens belong to the Museo Argentino de Ciencias Naturales of Buenos Aires and to the Museo de La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
