New elements of the fossil flora of the Baqueró Formation, Santa Cruz, Patagonia Argentina

Two species of the form-genus Cladophlebis are described. The separation of C. patagonica Frenguelli n. nom. as a different species from C. australis (sensu Halle and Arber) is confirmed with the present material. A new variety of C. haiburnensis is proposed, to separate the Argentine specimens from tie typical Lower-Middle Jurassic variety of Europe. A new species of Gleichenites, G. feruglioi, and a new genus of a probably ?pteroid? fern, Bagueroites padulae, are also described. All the plants are found in the Baqueró Formation of Lower Cretaceous age, at several nearby localities in Santa Cruz province, Patagonia Argentina.
