Dalton, Michael

Michael Dalton is the Technical Specialist at the IICA Delegation in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, which falls within the IICA representation in the Eastern Caribbean States. He is an agriculturalist with over thirty-two years, employed in various positions as an agricultural technician. Prior to joining IICA he was employed at the Ministry of Agriculture in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where he was employed in various roles over 23 years, including agricultural extension, plant propagation and programme monitoring and evaluation, and administration.His professional qualifications include a Diploma in Agriculture, from the Eastern Caribbean Institute for Agriculture and Forestry (ECIAF), a BSc in general agriculture from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and a MSc in Agricultural Diversification (Agribusiness and Marketing) also from UWI. He has also obtained specialized training in project management.
