Major area of expertise is in food safety and inspection. Her area of work is in international food safety consulting. Within this field she provides advice on policy and program development in areas such as food safety and food inspection programs.  She works with national and international organizations to develop policy papers, manuals and to prepare workshops and training on risk based food safety.
