Nuevas especies del género Liriomyza Mik (Diptera: Agromyzidae) en el altiplano de Bogotá (Cundinamarca, Colombia)
Seven new species of the genus Liriomyza Mik are described from the altiplano de Bogotá, these findings increase the number of species of the genus from twelve to nineteen in the zone. Liriomyza madridensis spencer was lound mining on the Leguminosae, Trifolium repens L., no hosts were known lorit betore. The Compositae Gamochaeta americana (Mill.). and the Lamiaceae Mentha viridisL. are registered as hosts for two of the new species that are being described.
