The following is an outline of the progress made in the 10 years since Montevideo towards achieving the objectives and strategies laid down by the meeting of Experts, in respect of the 3 major subject areas and the 8 other subject areas (Part II) and in regard to the two major initiatives not included in the Montevideo Programme.
