Environmental Management: Issues and Solutions

The present volume and the 1991 seminars on environmental management on which it is based launched a new process of interaction at UNEP: an open exchange of views with working environmentalists in developing countries. Consequently, almost half this collection consists of case studies, by and discussions with, the participants. The book should be viewed as the distillation of a dialogue rich in challenging positions and shared experience.
