Status of implementation of article 26 of the Barcelona Convention on reporting during the biennium 2006-2007
According to the article 26 of the Barcelona Convention, the Contracting Parties shall submit to the Secretariat of the Convention National Reports on the legal, administrative or other measures taken by them for the implementation of the Convention, the Protocols, and the recommendations adopted by their meetings, as well as the effectiveness of these measures and any problems encountered. This report presents a summary of findings of the National Reports submitted by the Contracting Parties for the period 2006-2007.
