El ejercicio de la profesión de abogado en Buenos Aires durante el período rivadaviano
Abstract: During Bernardino Rivadavia’s government, the attorneys used to combine the exercise of their professions with the political activities. At their turn, all attempts of the highest judicial authority to control the forensic life originated the associative need of lawyers. In spite of the existence of the Case-Law Institute (Academia de Jurisprudencia), the subsistence of training did not collide with the sensitiveness of the era. As conflict rose at judicial instances, the daily practice began laying new forensic prestige.
