IMPLANTE HISTOLOGICO DE Trichinella spiralis EXPERIMENTAL
The present work had the purpose of detecting the presence of Trichinella spiralis in several tissues and serum in a murine experimental model, during their life cycle. We worked with a lot of 200 female rats Long Evans of 2 and a 1/2 months of age which were infected with 500 infective larvae (IL) approximately. The rats were sacrificed beginning at 24 hours post infection until the day 40, using 5 replicats. Samples of intestinal tissues, heart, diaphragms, masseter tongue and thigh of inferior members were taken every week, the digestion of muscular tissues along with the sampling of serum was carried out each date. The IL obtained at the digestion was processed in paraffin sliced and stained with hematoxiline-eosine. The IL obtained after the digestion, were processed in order to obtain soluble antigen of T. spiralis (AST), sera were analyzed by double immunodiffusion (IDD) and Western blot (WB). lnvasion of skeletal muscle initiates a complex series of changes in both larvae and infected muscle cell, the changes in larvae can be summarized as a growth and maturation of IL. The present sludy contributes of the knowledge of the biology of the parasite during its life cycle
