Clypelliana mejdalanii gen.n. e sp.n. (Homoptera, Cicadellidae, Cicadeliinae) do Mato Grosso e Pará, Brasil
A new genus and new species are described from Mato Grosso and Pará, Brazil. Clypelliana gen.n. present clypellus strongly swollen, with two lateral lobes.
