ARAÇÁ-BOI (EUGENIA STIPTATA, McVAUG) - ASPECTOS E DADOS PRELIMINARES SOBRE A SUA COMPOSIÇÃO QUÍMICA

Summary The composition of the Eugenia stiptata (araçá-boi) fruit was studied. The fruit is eaten in the natural form and stwed. Bromatology analysis showed that the nutritive values were reasonable.
