Mr. Bertram "Bertie" Lloyd Marshall, O.R.T.T.
The Ministry of the Arts and Multiculturalism mourns the passing of steelpan pioneer and legend Bertie Marshall. Marshall was highly regarded as the inventor of the modern-day steelpan and left his lasting legacy for the world.
