Despers Out to Take Panorama Crown
The West Indian Tobacco (WITCO) Gay Desperadoes plans to come big for this year's Panorama competition. The band's leader Rudolph Charles has been preparing the band not only for Panorama but to hit the streets of Port of Spain on the two days of Carnival.
