Despers' Bossman on That Panorama Situation: Steelband Clashes Averted
Rudolph Charles, captain of West Indian Tobacco Gay Desperadoes, expressed his views about Panorama which was being threatened by a boycott of steelbands. Charles believes that any decision to stop Panorama this year could have led to street violence and steelband clashes. However, the national Panorama shows will come off as planned.
