De Spirit Gone': Carnival Without Pan- What Next?
The steelbands will not be taking part in any Carnival Development Committee (CDC) competitions but the burning question is how will this affect Carnival 1979. This boycott could have serious financial implications for steelbands in the long run and many sponsors are unhappy about the situation.
