Pan 'Fever' By Weekend
Another facet of Carnival 1986 will be unveiled as calypso is in full swing, attention will now shift to the regional Panorama preliminaries. The South/Central Regional preliminary gets underway at Skinner's Park while the North/East Regional preliminary is scheduled at the Queen's Park Savannah.
