Panorama Kicks Off Today
The 1986 Panorama competition begins at Skinner's Park, San Fernando. The pan round the neck and South/Central conventional steelbands will take the stage in the South while the steelbands in the North/East zone will appear the next day in the Queen's Park Savannah, Port-of-Spain.
