Congratulations, Phase II

The author comments on the way society has matured, meaning that for Carnival the stain of violence has lessened. The disputes over the results of the Panorama have remained in the realm of words. Phase II Pan Groove, an unsponsored outfit has won through their own efforts and the ability of arranger Len "Boogsie" Sharpe. Sharpe became the first man in steelband history to win the Panorama competition with his own composition.
