Pan is Beautiful VIII All Stars Outshines the Rest
The Neal and Massy Trinidad All Stars won the Pan is Beautiful VIII Steelband Festival and also won best tune of choice with their rendition of Wagner's "Overture to Tannhauser". Nelson Villafana conducted the band. Medals of excellence were presented to Pat Bishop as well as other individuals and organisations for their contribution to the Festival. The placement of other bands are mentioned.
