Pan Ramajay Winners…Homeless But Harmonic
Lincoln Enterprises Pan Ensemble was the clear winner of the Pan Ramajay competition and ran way with the $20,000 first prize. Band official Oscar Roberts was pleased with the attention the band was now getting as this ensemble has been forced into a kind of nomadic existence ever since its inception.
