New Format For Panorama
Pan Trinbago has decided to rearrange its format for Panorama 1996 as its President, Owen Serrette, announced the elimination of the North/East and South/Central zonal finals. Additionally, the organisation also decided to move the national semi-finals from the Thursday before Carnival to the Sunday immediately following the preliminaries.
