Shades of Steel for Festicaribe '96
Shades in Steel Orchestra will participate in the fifteenth annual Festival de Musica del Caribe (Caribbean Music Festival) in Cartagena, Colombia from March 22nd - 26th, 1996. The band is captained by Andy Bissessar senior. Festicaribe '96, as the show is billed, promises a virtual potpourri of music.
