Pan Band Gets 2.5 m Gov't Aid
Approximately 157 unsponsored steelbands were presented with cheques by the Minister of Culture Joan Yuille-Williams. The monies were to help with the bands’ preparation for 2007 Panorama, since bands were displaced due to construction work at the Queen’s Park Savannah.
