Land Gift Not Political, Says Pan Trinbago
According to Pan Trinbago’s president Patrick Arnold, the handing over of 8 acres of land currently owned by Caroni (1975) Limited is not a political move. Arnold states that “It is we who identified the parcel and applied for permission to use it and that took place three years ago.”
