Ministry to the Rescue: Last Minute Paving at Panorama.
The Ministry of Works and Transport came to the rescue of the National Carnival Commission (NCC) when it was called in to complete paving works to the runway exit of the Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain, in preparation for Panorama semi-finals.
