Pan Trinbago: Sue Cabinet, Not Us.

Pan Trinbago’s president Patrick Arnold is of the view that the threat of legal action for outstanding monies from last year’s World Steelband Music Festival should be addressed to the Cabinet and not Pan Trinbago. Advertising firm Hernandez/FCB is threatening action against Arnold for non-payment of $173,107.63 and a further $251.85 in costs, if those monies were not paid within 14 days. In a news release Arnold states that it was the Government of Trinidad and Tobago which ran the World Steelband Music Festival 2000 and not Pan Trinbago.
