GammarusPulex_DEB_GUTS_T_simulations
Raw data files of the simulations executed for and described in the research article "How relevant are temperature corrections of toxicity parameters in population models for environmental risk assessment of chemicals?". The underlying population model (written in the software Smalltalk, Squeak 5.3) and R scripts for the data analysis are available on the GitHub repository: https://github.com/NikaGoldring/GammarusPulex_DEB-GUTS-T.git Methods and data analysis can be found in the underlying research article (DOI will follow upon publication).
