Rendement regulier verpachte landbouwgrond, 1990-2020
In a consultation on the 2020 Lease Standards, the standing committee for the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality has drawn attention to the relationship between the rate of return on leased land and the capital yield tax in box 3. This study analyses the direct and indirect returns of leased agricultural land over the past three decades. The nominal rate of return on leased land has been estimated at approximately 7% per annum during the period 1990-2020.
