RNA-seq of a degenerated spoIIE deficient Clostridium beijerinckii NCIMB 8052 at 4, 11 and 24 hours of fermentation
To understand the impact of strain degeneration on the transcriptome we performed fermentations and RNA seq analysis to on a degenerated C. berijeirnckii strain.
