Workshop nieuwe kansen voor eiwit
The Ministry of EL&I has asked Wageningen UR to organize a workshop giving the State of the Art of the research on 'new proteins' and results in an agenda for new research. The most perspective mentioned business cases are: 1. Biorefinery, 2. Insects, 3. Dried legumes (beans) and 4. Cultivation on water (eg algae, duckweed, seaweed).
