Reform of the EU sugar regime; impact on Dutch agriculture of the proposals of the European Commission, July 2004 This report studies the potential impact on Dutch agriculture of European Commission proposals regarding the sugar market regulation. It particularly looks at the effect on the income of arable farmers. This is based on several variants for the reduction of the yield prices and the production quota. In addition a number of other possible effects are studied.
