OECD Ministers discuss

Among the many working documents for this meeting concerned with education and the challenge of social, economic and technological progress, one or two deal particularly with policies for post-compulsory education and training. Following a tentative outline of the situation at the beginning of the 1980s, there is a list of the different opportunities available to young people after compulsory education and a reference to the structure and content of both general and vocational studies. Also discussed are the links between compulsory education, secondary education and the university of working life. Qualifications are also mentioned. (BULL 240/1)
