Broadcasting for non-formal education: curriculum notes and guidelines for country workshops

This booklet presents an outline for the organization of seminars to prepare media specialists for educational radio and educational television broadcasting in the field of nonformal education - The workshop has been conceived as an exercise in nonformal education in which the staff should act as mediators or facilitators. It can comprise from 12 to 20 participants. Duration of workshops for radio broadcasting should be about 3 weeks, for television not less than 5. The workshop included field visits, identification of needs, collection of programme materials, production and testing.
