Guide to the identification of training needs

Describes the systems analysis approach to determining vocational training inplant programmes and vocational development needs - The analysis is based on changes arising from productivity needs, labour force potential, economic factors and technological advancement. The result of the analysis is a proposal for programmes for skill development to promote changes in work attitudes and performance levels.
