Election of Members of the Executive Board
General Conference paper concerning the election of a number of members of the Executive Board to fill the vacancies occurring at the end of the present session of the General Conference, pursuant to Article V.A, paragraph 3, of the Constitution, lists the present members of the Board by electoral group, supplies information on how each Member State was represented on the Board on previous occasions, contains the list of persons whose nominations had been brought to the attention of the Director-General by 8 September 1989, the complete list to be circulated when the Nominations Committee meets to consider nominations, in accordance with Rule 30 (4) of the Rules of Procedure
