Speech emphasizing the role UNESCO Clubs and Associations can play in sensitizing public opinion in all countries to global problems that require joint action, fully accepted by the international community, for their solution, the aim of which action is to awaken consciences and promote progress, freedom and justice, and to protect the environment and the rich cultural heritage of every people, as well as to arouse and encourage a renewal of values within a context of genuine understanding among peoples, thereby advancing the cause of peace and human rights, refers to the exceptional role played by the UNESCO Clubs of Morocco and the place they occupy in the World Federation of UNESCO Associations, Centres and Clubs, and to the UNESCO-ALECSO Clubs, treading the paths of international brotherhood and solidarity with the encouragemenmt of both ISESCO and ALECSO
