General Conference paper on the collection of contributions for the financial period 1986-1987 and previous periods as at 19 October 1987, and advances to the Working Capital Fund, in accordance with Article 5.8 of the Financial Regulations, also reports on the implementation of arrangements made with four Member States for the settlement of their arrears by annual instalments, in accordance with 21 C/Resolution 23.42, 22 C/Resolution 29.4 and 23 C/Resolution 34.4, includes an updated statement (dated 3 November) of contributions due and received as at 31 October 1987, as requested during the debate on this item
