Scale of contributions of Member States
General Conference paper on the scale of assessments of Member States' contributions for the financial period 1988-1989, following the practice adopted in the past of basing this scale on that of the United Nations, suitably adjusted to take into account the difference in membership between the two organizations, in the case of Member States of UNESCO which are not members of the UN, the rate of assessment used is the one applied by the UN in order to calculate the contributions to be made by those States to the UN activities in which they participate
