Possible adjustments to the second Medium-term Plan for 1984-1989
Executive Board paper summarizing the changes which it is proposed to make in the structure of the programme as presented in the Draft Programme and budget for 1986-1987, in response to 120 EX/Decision 4.1, which recommended increased programme concentration, and to the proposals submitted by the Director-General for the transfer of activities and the amalgamation of subprogrammes, draws attention to Recommendation E(1) of the Temporary Committee, requiring the Board's consideration as to whether adjustments ought to be made in the Medium-Term Plan for 1984-1989 and, in particular, whether or not the changes mentioned above should entail adjustments to the Plan
