Executive Board paper reporting on UNESCO's action in response to resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly at its 34th session, mainly concerning information and communication development, science and technology, the proposed University for Peace, the right to education, restitution of cultural property, regional co-operation, youth, the rules and principles governing relations between the UN and its Specialized Agencies, also examines questions relating to regional co-operation, women in social life, progress made in UNESCO's spheres of competence towards establishment of a new international economic order, human rights and disarmament education
