Executive Board paper submitting for approval the donations from the Governments of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and Mauritius, four institutions in different parts of the world and the late Douglas Scott Littlejohn of Canada, which contributions are to be used under the Education, Natural Sciences, Copyright and Programme Supporting Services sections of the Programme and Budget for 1979-1980, also notes the proposal for the creation of a UNESCO Prize for Peace Education, to be administered in a special account, the financial regulations and general rules for which will be submitted to the Board at a future session for information and approval
