Meeting report on documentation/library planning of documentation/library networks in Africa, as well as the planning of national information systems - discusses significant documentation/library developments since 1970, and the lack of documentation/library legislation, stresses the importance of universal bibliographic control and the need for documentation/library personnel with sufficient documentation training and library training for implementing the NATIS programme
