Meeting report suggesting ways to implement an international instrument dealing with international education to promote international understanding, education for peace and human rights - considers curriculum development on all educational levels of the educational system, including pre-school education, adult education and out-of-school education, discusses teacher training programmes, making brief reference to the importance of pre-service teacher training and in-service teacher training, examines the wide variety of teaching materials to be used in this type of education, includes further suggestions on national action and international cooperation, provides the text of the Recommendation adopted by the General Conference at its eighteenth session in 1974
