Evaluating the results of the continuing education of engineers

Meeting paper on educational evaluation methods applied to engineering education, particularly to various forms of life-long education such as refresher courses, professional training and retraining - considers benefits of continuing education for the individual, the profession and the industry, also discusses advantages to the teacher and the educational institutions involved, describes the questionnaire designed by the CPI for obtaining a quantitative analysis of evaluation results, examines the parameters to be evaluated and includes a list of institutions which have replied to the questionnaire
